Within short walking distance La Paz with its restaurants, shopping facilities, German hairdressers and other services can be reached. In the apartment complex there is a supermarket where all the necessary food is available.

The apartment with two rooms, kitchen and bathroom is situated in a quiet area. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, oven and extractor hood. The apartment can be entered by a modern security door. The large living room provides plenty of space for a living and dining area and offers through the glass façade with access to the terrace incredible views of the Orotava valley and direct view of the Teide. The terrace is equipped with planters made of concrete and can be provided as desired with flowers and herbs. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with white doors, which offers enough space. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, a toilet, a bidet and a washbasin with marble fittings.

The apartment complex is accessible by several separate entrances. On the large plot there is a very well-kept garden. In the center of this building there are three pools which can be used by the occupants. Included in the price is also a private parking space in the garage. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

Puerto de la Cruz is located at the foot of the Orotava Valley, rising up from the Atlantic Ocean to the volcano Teide, which already obtained celebrity by the times of Alexander von Humboldt. In the beginning the city was a port of La Orotava, the first Spanish settlement on the island. The city now offers, as a tourist centre of the north coast of Tenerife, all kinds of amenities and is therefore still a coveted location in Tenerife:

Puerto de la Cruz has two central beaches, Playa Jardin and Playa de Martianez.
