Property Agents
We are looking for dedicated Property Agents for an immediate start to reinforce our team of consultants at our offices in Düsseldorf, Essen, Ratingen, Mönchengladbach, Paderborn, Hamburg, Koblenz and Frankfurt am Main.
Your duties:
- Acquisition and sale / lettings of properties
- Market evaluation and price recommendations
- Production of presentation documents for the successful marketing of properties
- Advising and assisting clients throughout the entire marketing phase through to conclusion of a contract and beyond
Your profile:
- Proven professional experience in the area of property sales
- A good knowledge of the regional property market and a corresponding network
- Well-groomed, authoritative appearance
- Team spirit
- Target and sales-oriented
- Stamina, good communication skills, persuasive
- Experience with FlowFact or OnOffice an advantage
