In the second row very close to the sea, with beautiful sea views along the rugged north coast of Tenerife, this studio is located in the peaceful settlement of La Palmita. It is surrounded by undeveloped countryside, yet just a short drive from the highway so that Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, can be reached quickly. Only a few minutes drive away are the town centers of La Victoria de Acentejo and Santa Ursula, so that for shopping (including several large supermarkets), culinary, and all other areas of life a large selection is available.

The living room which contains satellite-TV has a 14 m² large terrace in front. Here are also two storage compartments for sun beds and other equipment. The sleeping area of the studio is like a separate room, which is separated from the corridor by a wall, but is open towards living room, terrace and views. So it can be closed as required by curtains. The bright fitted kitchen has a large pass-through, acting also as a bar, to the dining area, which lies comfortably in an angle. On the floor, directly across from the bedroom is the bathroom with shower.

And there is a large, heated and idyllic swimming pool, only some steps out of the flat, located in a surrounding sun terrace with lawn for sunbathing and sea views.

La Victoria de Acentejo is nestled in a lush green landscape, with its rich vegetation, characterized also by fruit and vegetable growing and it still shows an original flair with its Canary houses and diet. In many places, you can enjoy a wide view over the Atlantic Ocean.

The place has a privileged location on Tenerife's beautiful north coast. On the mountain slopes, we find excellent wine, which is supplied with water by the rising air masses in the hills further above. On the other hand, the place is far enough from both the afternoon clouds Jam at the Teide in the West and the Anaga mountains to the east and so right in the sunniest part of the North.

This is particularly true for the villas of the settlement of La Palmita directly and exclusively located on the cliffs of the Protegido Paisaje de Costa de Acentejo which otherwise is protected from further development . Thus, on the terrace or in the garden, the fantastic views along the rugged coastline, but also to the volcano Teide enjoy all year long, and sometimes even appears the silhouette of the 140 km west island of La Palma, where in the evening the sun sets in the sea ...

La Victoria de Acentejo offers all the convenient facilities for daily needs such as bars and restaurants, shops, a small market, offers sporting activities, etc. For the big shopping - in addition to supermarkets in neighboring Santa Ursula - at just 10 km we have Puerto de la Cruz as the center in the north . Even just a few minutes by car, before Puerto de la Cruz, there is the wide, sandy beach of Playa Bolullo, which is bordered by a picturesque rocky bay and certainly one of the finest swimming facilities on the island.
