Porta Mallorquina Real Estate was launched in Majorca in 2005 (and is now Master Partner Licensee of Porta Mondial).
The innovative marketing and sales system was tested for acceptance and viability in what is probably the world's toughest market for holiday property (over 2,000 agents).
The new Partner Licensees received direct access to the international client database and the extensive service package of specially developed software. Most importantly, they were completely relieved of the
burdens of marketing, website development and software, meaning that they were able to concentrate fully on sales.
Their success spoke for itself: only one year later the website portamallorquina.com which is available in four languages, had up to 40,000 visitors per month, taking a top position with regard to "Majorca Real Estate". In 2007 the figure had leapt to 70,000 and in 2008, the website already had 85,000 visitors every month.
